These clusters, while harvested in the early morning hours to preserve natural acidity, reveal their special relationship with our Mediterranean sun. Plucked from vines that grow along the river bed, "Ripe acidity" is what we are crafting. The kind you find in a spring Meyer lemon. No oak bombs, no popcorn butter. Just a chiseled, mouthwatering Chardonnay.
